The Estate Transformation
In 2021, there was a successful ballot for transformation of the estate.
What this means for Old Barnsbury:
- New Kitchens and Bathrooms for Newlon Tenants;
- New windows and external doors;
- New landscaping and signage;
- Possibly external insulation;
- Possibly new heating systems.
